My approach to nutrition is realistic and balanced (hence the name). I see my role as helping clients make better choices more and more often, always looking to a long term sustainable and enjoyable way of eating. Eating should be a pleasurable experience and food should be tasty, satisfying and good for you. Whilst food is our fuel we are not machines!
Making better food choices, more often, is the basis of good nutrition and better health

Health and energy restored!
Prior to my initial consultation with Leanne I suffered for 5 years with sinus and hay fever symptoms, taking anti histamines daily together with steroids to reduce symptoms. I also had reduced energy, and attended a consultant for invasive digestive investigations due to problems with my digestion. Leanne’s sensitively handled but no holes bared questioning, resulted in a plan focusing on improving my gut health, lowering my histamine levels and boosting my immunity.
The results have been life changing, I have the knowledge to manage my diet, and 2 years later my symptoms have not returned.
New regime, more energy
Thank you Leanne for your advice regarding my diet. I am very happy with my new regime and already feel I have more energy.
