Attending a cooking class is a great way to learn new skills and get new ideas for healthy and tasty dishes.

I really enjoy Maggie Lynch’s classes –  –  Maggie is so enthusiastic and she manages to produce an incredible amount of dishes in the time we spend in the class.  The food is all delicious and also so beautifully presented.  I attended her “Cooking for Longevity” class yesterday, and here are some of the photos of the gorgeous dishes she prepared.  It is a great way to encourage inspiration in the kitchen.  What is great about Maggie’s dishes are they look fabulous, taste delicious but equally importantly they are easy to prepare so you come away knowing that you can definitely do this at home.
